We currently require our customers to place orders online through our Order Yeast for Professional Brewers
page. If you are having problems with using the page, select "I have another question" in the dropdown above and we'll try to help you out.
We offer our customers the ability to access most of their old orders from before they registered for a customer account. Adding this functionality carries a one-time $50 fee. We cannot guarantee that we have 100% of your old orders due to gaps in our order database but we will set you up with all of the orders we do have.
Has your brewery changed names? Names of your employees (besides you) who may have previously ordered yeast from Inland? Is there anything we need to know in order to better track down your old orders?
You can upload a screenshot of the error below. That would be very helpful for us to troubleshoot the issue.
The more detail we can get, the easier it will be to diagnose the problem. Helpful questions to answer: What isn't working specifically? Did you get an error message? What did it say?
