Originally isolated from a premier brewery in London, this strain has exploded onto the scene with the popularity of New England IPAs. It will ferment a beer that is both malty and hop forward, with a little bit of residual sweetness. INIS-008 is an excellent choice for Hazy or New England IPAs.
