INIS-801 Champagne Yeast

This yeast is great when a high level of attenuation, high alcohol tolerance or sugar other than maltose needs to be fermented. Producing a neutral fermentation with Champagne(POF+) character, INIS-801 can be used when making a cider, mead, wine, seltzer or brut IPA.
