Isolated from one of our favorite breweries in West Flanders, Belgium, this strain expresses many of the “typical” Belgian yeast characteristics, orange peel, bready and coriander. Love! It also has some of its very own traits of clove, ginger and hay with a backbone of minerality more commonly found with Saison strains of the area. Low attenuation leaves some body and noticeable sweetness on the palate.
