Vermont IPA Yeast

Originally isolated from a well known brewery on the East Coast, this strain leaves a great body in the beer with a lot of fruity aromatics. It attenuates slightly less than more common California ale yeasts, but it produces a dynamic ester profile over a wide range of temperatures. Great pick for DIPAs and higher gravity hazy beers.
