Dear Customers,

We’ve come a long way in the last couple of weeks. We still don’t have any definitive answers as to when we will get back to normal or how long this will last. but through talking to dozens of customers and other small business owners, it seems like there may be light ahead.

Starting this week, our entire staff is back to work. We were fortunate, and haven’t had to lay off or furlough any of our employees, but most of us have been staying at home trying to social distance with the rest of responsible world citizens. We are taking orders with our regular 10 day lead time, shipping Monday through Thursday, and will continue to do so as long as UPS service is not disrupted.  Here is the most current information regarding UPS.

New orders are welcome, and we will focus on keeping our “Core” inventory in stock in hopes that we always have something you need.  With this being said, please be diligent with scheduling and give us as much lead time as possible so we can accommodate all orders.

We will continue to reduce our staff to a minimum and take all of the precautions which are suggested by the WHO and CDC and can be found here.

We understand that different parts of the country will be opening up at different times. Should you find that your brewery is beginning to ramp up production, please reach out and see what we can do to help you get beer fermenting in those tanks again. All yeast that has been in storage will be cell counted for viability, and if you have a pitch we’ve been holding on to, please let us know if you would like to reschedule delivery.
